This "Qi Li Xiang" album's musical character and listenability is without question, and the broad range of topics covered by the lyrics is something that makes one "pat the table and shout "bravo"": Has the modern poetic love song "Qi Li Xiang", has "Checkmate" that describes the battle within Chinese Chess, has the Jay Chinese music styled "Chaotic Dance Spring Autumn", revealing the intimacy between grandparent and grandchild's "Maternal Grandmother", the historic war poem that sketches the hope within the eyes of children "Zhi Zhang Zhi Shang"....aside from these, also has "My Territory" that challenges singing techniques, and "Stranded" which contains the highest note hit, only Jay Chou can surpass Jay Chou.

Strengths: He still maintains the one album two parts(Simple love songs + Trendy fooling with tides) arrangement style. He still does these two types of music pretty well. Viewing this in light of his busy schedule, this is evidence of his genius and efforts.

Weaknesses: "Maternal Grandmother", "Chaotic Dance Spring Autumn" and "My Territory" are very good, but overall compared to the last album "Ye Hui Mei" it is still missing a surprise element. The first single "Qi Li Xiang" has similar feel to "Dong Feng Po", but its popularity and creativity are both much more inferior than the latter.

Strengths: My feeling from listening to Jay Chou is as if he is conveying a gaming spirit, regardless of what topic he is singing about, I would always get this feeling. In this gaming era, if he doesn't invite the fancy of people who would?

Weakness: "Qi Li Xiang" lets me have the feeling that after "Game Over" he pressed the restart button. Basically there isn't anything fresh. Why is the path that Jay Chou walks getting narrower and narrower?

Strengths: "Qi Li Xiang"'s melody is pretty good, in sum, it is still Jay Chou's standard. It is worth mentioning that the image is very outstanding this time.

Strengths: His musical standards has always been high ever since the beginning, and this time it's pretty good as well. You only need to think of his music as entertainment, don't need to seek too much from it.

Strengths: Once again there's something fresh in the album marketing, and has baited the appetite of the fans. There isn't a song that has disappointed (if you stand at just the right height and hold just the right amount of expectation), just the opposite, there are 2-3 songs that sound pretty good.

Weaknesses: To a selected few listeners, there is no new innovation, no change. But good thing that this effect to the majority of music fans is its greatest strength.

Strengths: The whole album's standard doesn't surpass and doesn't fall short. To Jay Chou, this is the biggest strength. In fact some songs such as "My Territory" even has some small surprises.

Weaknesses: This album's lyrics feels a bit weak, feels as if Vincent Fang is putting pieces together. Especially the first single "Qi Li Xiang", the "poetric and imagery sentiments" in the lyrics is a far cry from that advertised.
